Data protection declaration

Blossom Therapies hereby confirms that it complies with the following rules in accordance with the Data Protection Act and the relevant regulation, the purpose of which is to inform you about the method of processing personal data collected within the firm.

Only data relating to therapeutic treatment is processed. On the one hand, this involves data recorded with your consent (general data such as name, address, telephone number, etc.), either through the agenda.ch appointment booking platform or by contacting us by telephone or message. This includes the data collected during the medical history (information on health/evolution, diagnoses already made, other data transmitted in connection with the treatment, etc.).

This data is collected, stored and processed exclusively in your customer file, in particular in the application for invoicing under tariff 590 for general data (name, address, date of birth, etc). All the processing steps carried out on your data can be fully traced at all data storage locations.

Your data or parts thereof will only be made accessible to other entities (insurers, etc.) with your explicit consent. Exceptions are court orders or the exercise of legitimate rights by the Cabinet.

The data collected and physically processed is kept in a locked room and cabinet that is inaccessible to unauthorised third parties. Data collected electronically is stored securely (password, etc.).

Unless there are cantonal or other legal provisions to the contrary, the data collected will be deleted twenty years after the last consultation with the Practice.

Written communication between you and the Law Firm may be in unencrypted form (email, text message, WhatsApp, etc.).

You can request a copy of the data collected (general data and data collected within the medical history) in a current electronic format at any time. Only physically available data will be physically scanned for this purpose in PDF format. As a general rule, the data will be delivered to you free of charge and within a maximum of 30 days.

The person responsible for all matters relating to the processing of your personal data and the exercise of your rights is the therapist in charge of the Practice.
